Returns Policy

01/04/2023 - Please note ALL returns will now incur an admin fee of £1 per item returned. This will not affect your statutory rights.

ALL FACE COVERINGS / MASKS & SNOODS ARE NON-RETURNABLE

DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS. 

Please return your order to the following address making sure the product(s) are in their original packaging and unworn. Please also include a record of your order number, name and contact details.

Once we receive your return we will issue your refund or exchange, please note this process can take 7-10 working days.

All refunds are for the product only (minus £1 per item) and we do not offer refunds on any postage costs.

We advise you to send any returns using a tracked delivery service and we cannot be held liable for any missing returns. Please ensure the correct postage is paid - any returns without the correct postage applied will be returned to sender.

Our returns policy is simple; let us know via email within 5 days of you receiving your item(s) that you would like to return. You can return any unworn/undamaged goods as long as they are in the original packaging and include all swing tickets within 14 days and we will issue a refund or exchange.

Please note returns outside of 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Only in exceptional circumstances a credit note will be offered.

Please ensure when returning any goods you provide us with your full name, contact number and order number within the parcel.

Why are you charging £1 per returned item admin fee?

After a great deal of thought we have decided to introduce a returns admin fee which is a nominal amount - this then allows us to repress & repackage returned products and avoid waste where we can.

Please also note most of our products are made to order.

What condition do my products need to be returned in?

All products must be returned unworn and undamaged, if we receive product(s) that seem to have been worn or are damaged in any way without prior knowledge the items will be returned to the sender via the postal system. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I send a return back?

You can send your return back to us using any postal service you wish. However you are responsible for the correct return postage costs, any unpaid postage costs may be deducted from any refund due to you. If you are concerned that your return might get lost in the post we advise you use a tracked postal method.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once a refund has been issued you will usually see the amount credited back to your account within 10 working days. Please note we only refund back to the original card used as the payment method. 

If for some reason your refund isn’t showing in your bank statement within 10 working days please contact us.
