Delivery Information

 Orders are being sent daily. Please note however some deliveries may take longer than usual due to increased demand to ALL postal systems.

We have 3 delivery options for UK Deliveries:

Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery (2-5 Working Days) £4.99

Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery (1-3 Working Days) £5.99

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (Monday-Thursday before 1pm, Requires a Signature) £12.99

Orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

In some instances orders may take longer to arrive. We cannot guarantee any 3rd party delivery option. Once a parcel is collected from our premises it is the delivery companys responsibility to ensure a parcel is delivered within the stated time. Occasionally this may take longer.

Please note most of our products are made to order and can in some instances take 2-5 working days to be dispatched.  

Delivery time is subject to 3rd party Mail delivery services and we cannot guarantee a dispatch time.

Please note larger orders may not fit through a letterbox, you should therefore ensure there is someone to receive your order at the delivery address upon arrival.

Orders are dispatched in brown envelopes or larger mailers depending on the size of your order and where necessary additional bubble wrap to protect your goods.

Rest of the World including USA/Canada/Europe/Australia/Japan/NZ:

Please note we can only ship to countries where we can verify addresses, however if you wish to purchase something from the website and you find your country is not listed please contact us and we will look into a suitable solution for you.

Additional charges may apply to countries outside of the UK. 

We currently only offer standard airmail at a flat rate of £50. All international deliveries are equivalent to Royal Mail’s Standard Airmail and delivery time is usually 14-21 days from dispatch. However a courier delivery is available and certainly recommended for deliveries of a certain value or time constraint.
